Austin Tanner

Austin joined the UVA internal Audit team in 2025. Before joining UVA, Austin worked for ABS Kids Behavioral Health, where he started as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). Leveraging his experience as an RBT, Austin was selected to play a pivotal role in the creation of the Quality Review Department at ABS Kids. This opportunity allowed him to explore deeper into healthcare, focusing on clinical and revenue processes and audit standards. Austin's contributions to the Quality Review team were instrumental in enhancing the quality of care and operational efficiency at ABS Kids.
